Future M.D.s+ in STEM Summer Program
Our flagship summer program is MedSTEMPowered’s hallmark and most eagerly awaited event! Designed for high school, undergraduate, and non-traditional students interested in pursuing a career in STEM and Medicine, each year we welcome several hundred of our best and brightest students across the globe to participate in our exclusive summer program!
Since 2020, we have hosted a total of ELEVEN programs live (including 6 summer programs and 5 winter camps!). Scroll to learn about our prior guest speakers and for information on how to apply for our 2026 SUMMER PROGRAM!*
Participate in a two-week immsersive academic experience that combines interactive workshops, guest speaker shadowing (in Medicine, Healthcare, and STEM), collaborative learning opportunities, research symposiums, and more!
Successful participants that meet all of the program requirements will earn a Certificate of Completion with Excellence and approved virtual shadowing hours, allowing them to gain early professional exposure, academic enrichment, and meaningful extracurricular experience within healthcare and STEM-focused settings.
*Due to an increase in cost to run our programs and a lack of donations, our 2026 Summer Program will have a small fee. A limited amount of need-based scholarships will be made available, with separate scholarship applications to be released in late March.
What we provide:
✓ 6+ hours of virtual shadowing
✓ 6 live medical, STEM, and research workshops taught by experienced undergraduate, graduate, and medical students
✓ Medical and STEM-based interactives (debates, discussions, games, etc.)
